What does Healthy versus Unhealthy Blood Look Like?

Healthy blood under darkfield microscope

Healthy blood cells under Darkfield Microscope should show plenty of red blood cells (small round cells) of consistent shape, which are free-flowing and not clumping together, allowing effective oxygen delivery to
the body.

The plasma fluid (dark background) should be relatively free of debris.
The white blood cells (larger and brighter cells) should be of the appropriate number and show the correct structure to facilitate their protective role in the immune system.

Unhealthy blood under darkfield microscope

Unhealthy blood cells under Darkfield Microscope may show red blood cells (small round cells) of inconsistent shape, which are clumped together or forming in stacks of coins called rouleaux. This inhibits their ability to carry oxygen and carbon dioxide around the body.

The plasma fluid (dark background) may include various kinds of debris.
The white blood cells (larger and brighter cells) may appear in inappropriate numbers or show incorrect structures that could inhibit their ability to provide immunity.

What is Darkfield Microscopy?

Darkfield and Phase Contrast Microscopy is used for live blood analysis. This simple procedure provides an assessment of over 25 aspects of your blood, including particular vitamin and mineral deficiencies, toxicity, or tendencies toward allergy, excess circulating fat, arteriosclerosis and so on.

How is the Test Performed?

To perform the test, individuals trained in capillary puncture quickly place a tiny drop of live blood from the fingertip on a microscope slide. The slide is then magnified under the microscope so both the practitioner and client can immediately see the blood cells together on a computer monitor. One of our partner practitioners will analyze the blood and explain to the client what they are looking at and what it means.

During the session, one of our experienced practitioners will recommend diet and supplements, if necessary, to address the client’s needs. The client will be provided with documentation of any recommendations and findings during the assessment.

The Book of Leviticus (Chapter 17, verse 11) says, “The life is in the blood,” which makes sense since it contains living cells. Therefore,
it is indeed alive and can reveal a great deal about a person’s health and well-being.
